E-Bike Battery Disclaimer

By purchasing an electric bike (“e-bike”) from Rugged Outdoors LLC, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Battery malfunction
Fire or explosion
Personal injury or property damage caused by the battery

The purchaser understands and accepts that improper use, charging, storage, or maintenance of the battery can result in serious risk, including fire or explosion. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to follow all manufacturer guidelines, safety procedures, and best practices for battery use and care.

By completing a purchase, the buyer expressly releases Rugged Outdoors LLC from any and all liability for harm, damage, or loss resulting from the battery or its use.
